Female Sculpture Bust of Girl Art Pottery Masterwork Portrait and Corresponding Charger c. 1960-70 California Woman Artist Signed

On offer masterwork art pottery portrait bust, along with corresponding art pottery charger, c. 1960 / 1970. The charger and bust are by different artists but were clearly made to be together. The charger is signed, as shown in the last image. Likely California, or at least West Coast. The bust is truly remarkable -- it has a real spirit of life, which the artist must have pulled from the sitter.
