On offer artist signed oil on board still life painting depicting a luscious bouquet of blue and white hydrangeas. Rendered in a bold impressionistic style, this painting was a high - fashion object of the 1950s -- it looks like something taken from a Douglas Sirk film set. I think there is one just like it in "Written on the Wind." Presented in original stylish cerused wood frame.

SIZE: Framed 18" T x 14.25" W

CONDITION: Excellent -- expected surface grime, but the painting itself and frame are near perfect. Presents beautifully, as shown.
